I’m Kait Richardson, a Registered Dietitian, TEDx speaker, and author of How to Eat Like a Normal Person. After years of battling disordered eating, poor body image, and burnout behind the scenes of my own “healthy lifestyle,” I discovered the freedom that comes from fueling your body (not restricting it!)
Now I help high achievers unlearn toxic food rules, rebuild body trust, and create a nourishing relationship with food that lasts. With over 8 years of experience counseling clients, leading workshops, and speaking on stages, I nutrition science with real life to help you boost energy, confidence, and emotional resilience!
