After years of navigating disordered eating, body image, and pressure to maintain my “healthy lifestyle,” I learned firsthand how powerful consistent, balanced nutrition can be. Once I stopped skipping meals and relying on junk, my energy stabilized, my focused improved, and I showed up to work with more confidence and clarity!
