For most of my career, I was giving everyone else the advice I wasn't taking myself.
My days were long, consisting of back-to-back clients, meetings, and emails. I was surviving on caffeine and whatever I could grab between sessions. Even though I knew exactly what to eat, I wasn't doing it. So just I kept telling myself I needed more discipline.
It took almost throwing in the towel on my passion and clients to realize I wasn’t actually lacking discipline. I was simply neglecting the foundation to energy and motivation: nutrition. Te moment I started treating food as fuel instead of a last minute decision, everything changed. My energy stabilized, my thinking sharpened, and I finally felt as capable as I actually was.
That's the shift I now help other high achievers make.
After working one-on-one with 850+ private nutrition clients and speaking to thousands of professionals across the country, I've seen the same pattern over and over: smart, driven people running their most valuable asset on fumes. Not because they're lazy or undisciplined but because nobody ever taught them to fuel for the life they're actually living!

When I'm not on stage or in the practice, I'm a wife, boy mom, and owner of a mini Aussie named Grits.
I was born in St. Louis, raised on good food, and have called Orlando home long enough to be fiercely protective of it.
I lift weights, take long walks, and believe a well-cooked steak with a loaded baked potato is one of life's greatest achievements.
I submitted the final edits of my book the night I went into labor. It was stressful and honestly, unnecessary. But it made me feel like a bad*ss, so I went with it.
