Hi, I’m Kait!

Although I’m a Registered Dietitian and Health & Wellness Speaker, I’ve had my share of food struggles…

For over a decade, I only made choices around food out of fear.

Fear I’d eat too many carbs or sweets.
Fear I’d overeat at meals out.
Fear I’d gain weight.

I restricted healthy foods like fruit and sweet potatoes, relied on ultra-processed energy bars, and opted for coffee over food for energy. But every few weeks, I’d “cheat” and eat a bunch of Cheez-It’s, pizza, or mini donuts from the vending machine (you know- the ones where the “chocolate coating” tastes like plastic!)

As a result, I felt drained. Not only was I depriving my body of key nutrients like fiber and antioxidants, I was so preoccupied with food that I couldn’t enjoy it! I felt sluggish, anxious, and out of control. Every day felt like a struggle, and I had little to no confidence in myself.

It wasn’t until I let go of fear and began tapping into how food nourished my mind, body, and soul that I was able to level up my life.

I began balancing my meals with fiber, healthy fats, and quality sources of protein. I traded in diet drinks for actual vegetables, and snacked fruit instead of Skittles. Wine became a treat instead of a norm, and I actually craved my meal prep over takeout. I was hydrating, cooking, and supplementing smart.

The result? Limitless maximum productivity and mental clarity like I had never felt before. I had the energy and enthusiasm to hike Angel’s Landing, write a book, and launch a podcast. My body felt great, which allowed me to do great things.

After witnessing the incredible transformation in my own life and the lives of my 850+ of private nutrition clients, I was inspired to help organizations cultivate wellness incentives within their culture to fuel their mission and goals.

Today, I collaborate with Central Florida leaders and organizations to help them boost engagement, energy, and mission-driven living with better nutrition habits.

I believe everyone should have tools to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. To live a full life, we need a well-fueled body. It starts with simple changes.

My invitation: start the conversation around nutrition with your team . . . and let’s start it together!
