Is Burnout & Low Energy Holding You Back From Living Your Dream Life?

My professional experience as a registered dietitian, author, speaker, and working mom has granted me an intimate understanding of the struggles busy people face when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle.

One of the top excuses I hear for poor eating and lifestyle habits? Low energy.

Who could blame us? Life as working professional with hobbies, families, and big aspirations is jam-packed. But a full schedule means we actually need more energy to accomplish incredible things! So with only 24 hours in a day, how do we feel more motivated to get stuff done?!

I believe it starts with how we fuel.

People are the heart of any collective, which is why the growth of the organization stems from the state of their leaders and teammates. If they’re hooked on sugar or crashing at their desk after a crappy lunch from Taco Bell, the whole system is negatively affected. But when employees and leaders take care of themselves with nourishing meals, plenty of water, and targeted supplementation, the energy of the entire establishment elevates!

Not only does the team get more quality work done, they feel great doing it. In fact, studies prove this: Proper nutrition improves cognitive function, which can lead to 25% better decision-making and concentration. Research on workplace nutrition interventions also revealed that wellness programs led to significant improvements in absenteeism, work performance, and workability.

Teaching busy professionals how to live healthy is my mission, and now I’m bringing the strategies that transformed my clients’ lives to large organizations, wellness events, and corporations.

When we feel good, we make better choices. We’re more patient, clear-headed, and focused on what matters. We’re less distracted by negative thoughts, media, and our energy-sucking devices. Our confidence skyrockets, having a ripple effect on our friends, daughters, and colleagues.

As a corporate wellness dietitian, I collaborate with busy professionals and corporate organizations to help them boost team productivity, energy, and enthusiasm using nutrition.

My invitation: start the conversation around nutrition with your team . . . and let’s start it together!

“This [nutrition workshop] was helpful for anyone who wants to understand the food science behind why they eat the way they do, despite the best intentions. I got great ideas for packing lunches based on my health goals.”

A healthy, nourished body is better equipped to handle stress. Providing your organization the tools to optimize their diet and create lasting wellness habits reduces burnout, workplace anxiety, and absenteeism.

Shamella Knight Harmon with Orange County Head Start:

“Kait Richardson… completely captivated the staff during our 2022 and 2023 Head Start Staff Wellness Health Summit. Her presentation was not only insightful, but it was relatable, and the information was obtained through hands on activities like “build your own healthy snack” and interactive discussions. We left feeling motivated to change our habits to healthier ones and received a wealth of knowledge on how to do it.”
