Meet Kait Richardson
Kait is a Registered Dietitian, speaker, and author with over 8 years of nutrition experience. Passionate about helping clients overcome the all-or-nothing mindset with food, she has spent the majority of her career transforming yo-yo dieters, emotional eaters, binge eaters, and perfectionists reach their health goals without the guilt of dieting).
Her hands on experience inspired Fully Fueled, Finally Free- to fix the eating and mindset pitfalls that keep people stuck, insecure, and ultimately, unhealthy. Kait’s approach is warm, but direct- she’ll meet you where you are while encouraging you to make the changes necessary to transform from the inside out! Her real world nutrition teachings work for everyone- at work, home, an everywhere in between!
