And why "eating healthy" has felt so hard, plus what to do instead.

❋ Your Host
Hey, I’m Kait!
I’m excited The Working Mom’s Eating Reset piqued your interest. Since becoming a mom 2 years ago, I quickly realized my previous (tedious) methods of meal planning no longer worked.…at least not consistently.
Eating spaghetti and takeout on repeat didn't feel great, so I created hacks to serve both myself and my family nutritious meals daily. Now, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are intentional without being total time-suckers.
I want to teach you how to do it, too! Join us LIVE on Zoom on June 30th, 8-9 pm EST for a fun and interactive workshop to help you stop running on coffee and your kids’ leftovers.
P.S. Three workshop attendees will have the chance to join my Dietitian Accountability Program in July, the last cohort I'm personally running before maternity leave. Details at the workshop.
